- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless delivery of resident care services
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Assist in budget management, billing oversight, and administrative financial tasks
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and facility leadership to address concerns
- Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations and guidelines
